The RT9614A is a dual N-Channel MOSFETs driver for
synchronous-rectified buck converter. Besides, the power
switch is already integrated in this driver to replace external
bootstrap diode for reducing system cost and complexity,
while allowing the use of higher performance MOSFETs.
The RT9614A is a high performance driver that is capable
to drive high/low-side MOSFETs with high speed switching
frequency and consuming few of power dissipation.
Besides, the operating voltage matches the 30V
breakdown voltage of the MOSFET which makes the
applications of the RT9614A are more flexible and
extensive.
