The AOZ3101DI is a current-mode step down regulator
with integrated high-side NMOS switch and low-side
NMOS switch that operates up to 18V. The device is
capable of supplying 2A of continuous output current with
an output voltage adjustable down to 0.8V.
Features include, enable control, Power-On Reset, input
under-voltage lockout, output over-voltage protection,
